HMD successfully preloaded 20 tons of various outfittings on a 50,000 DWT product carrier with a mobile crane before the installation of a deckhouse.

The work of loading outfittings onto carriers is usually done by a zip crane, but preloading outfittings with mobile crane saves 20 percent of the workload and prevents a delay in schedule.

By effectively utilizing the mobile cranes HMD can save 2 million Korean won per 1 ton of preloading.
