HMD held a naming ceremony for a 46,000dwt product carrier(H0133) ordered by SK Shipping of Korea on Nov. 14.

Mr. K. H. Yu, president of HMD, Mr. J. H. Lee, CEO of SK Shipping, and other representatives were in attendance.

She was named Pro Diamond by Mrs. Mikako Matsumoto, the sponsor, and measures 183m in length, 32m in width, and 18m in depth with a service speed of 14.6knots.

Notably, HMD's prompt delivery a month ahead of schedule will benefit SK Shipping with current high freight rates.

Meanwhile, HMD's medium range PCs were selected as "World-leading Products"by Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy of Korea.
