HMD will operate from this September 'Machinery and Equipment POR (Purchase Order Requisition) Package System' which enables the shipyard to integratedly and on-time manage the delivery dates of entire machinery and equipment for a ship.

This newly invented system unifies and computerizes the delivery date, which was previously managed individually by respective persons in charge.

The management of ship's machinery and equipment through this system will begin in the design stage, which will significantly increase productivity of the company’s shipbuilding process. In the meantime, a presentation for the usage of this POR package system was held for prospective users from Design Dept., Technical Sales Dept. and Projection & Production Planning Dept.
