HMD held a management strategy seminar after achieving its 2016 business target. Four hundred sixty HMD workers, including executives and department managers, attended the event at the Hyundai Heavy Industries’ group training institute.

The seminar centered on building up strategic leadership and having correct perceptions of the uncertain market conditions. Mr. Kang Hwan-goo, CEO of HMD requested, “Please make an effort to build cutting-edge ships based on safety, quality, process, and efficiency so we may win orders during this business slump.”
