Hyundai-Vinashin Shipyard redelivered the second PCTC, Elektra to Wallenius Line AB, Sweden after successfully completing the mid-body lengthening work on the ship.

HMD signed the conversion contract for five PCTCs with Wallenius Lines AB in September 2004, agreeing to carry out the conversion work at its joint-venture shipyard in Vietnam

Elektra was extended to 227.9m from 199.1m, and the loading capacity was increased by 20% to 7,352 units from 6,125 units.
