HMD has been working on the expansion of production capacity and executed the maintenance work of existing facilities during the summer vacation.

HMD carried out the repair of No.2 dry-dock bottom, covering the drains in front of the office of pre-outfitting department, maintenance of asphalt pavement and so on, so that the flow of physical distribution inside the yard is expected to become much smoother than before.

In addition, a new hull shop below main office building was recently completed while taking down the old hull shop beside No.1 dry-dock. Now, the place of former hull shop can be used for stock area speeding up the production activities.

Besides, HMD is almost completing workshops and office building at Jangsengpo.
