On Oct.12, HMD held a naming ceremony for two 46,000-dwt product & chemical carriers (H0351, H0352) simultaneously.

These carriers are the first and the second of the 10 46,000-dwt PCs ordered by the National Chemical Carriers Ltd. of Saudi Arabia.

The carriers were named NCC Najd and NCC Hijaz respectively in the ceremony under the attendance of President Choi K. S. of HMD, President Abdullah M. A. of NCC and many other guests.

H0351 was delivered to the owner just after the ceremony and sailed out the following day while H0352 was delivered on Oct. 25.
