HMD held a presentation on Toyota Production System (TPS) in the presence of about 300 employees at Hanuri auditorium on November 22. The lecturer, Mizuno Yasumi, is a well-known TPS specialist and also head of the Management Innovation Center in Japan. Mr. Yasumi lectured about the cultural difference between Korea and Japan, company culture of Toyota, and the management of business goals. He also explained and gave concrete examples of Toyota's production method and it procedures. The presentation was organized to better understand TPS and improve business activities.
