HMD held a naming ceremony on November 4 for a 2,824TEU containership (Hull No.0405) ordered by E.R. Schiffahrt in Germany.

Many VIP's including President Choi Kil-seon of HMD and Mr. Erick Rickmers, the chairman of Nordcapital Holding GmbH, the holding company of E. R. Schiffahrt participated in the ceremony during which the ship was named E .R. Marseille after a French city.

The ship is the fifth out of eighteen 2,824TEU containerships ordered to HMD by the owner. It will be renamed CMA CGM Rose according to the charterer's wish. E.R.Marseille sailed out on November 14.
