The German company Rickmers Reederei held a simultaneous naming ceremony on February 3 for two container ships, Hull No.0396 at No.4 dry dock and Hull No.0395 at No.5 quay.

Many VIPs including Mr. Bertram Rickmers, chairman of Rickmers Reederei and Mr. Song Jea-byoung, president of HMD attended the ceremony. Hull Nos.0395 and 0396 were named Henry Rickmers and Richard Rickmers, respectively. These vessels are the first and the second of six 3,450TEU class container ships ordered in November 2003.

Henry Rickmers already sailed out on February 5 and Richard Rickmers is scheduled for mid April.
