The 2006 Japanese Toyota Productivity System (TPS) training program, which began last March, was completed recently.

136 participants had a chance to visit the Toyota factory in Japan and experience productivity innovation such as assembly of a variety of car models in the same conveyer belt and the utilization of the Just-In-Time (JIT) system.

HMD Plans to apply the production management techniques learned from the TPS training program.
