HMD held a christening ceremony for Hull No.0423 at No.5 quay on June 19.

The vessel was named CMA CGM Dahlia at the ceremony and many guests from HMD owner company and classification attended the ceremony.

CMA CGM Dahlia is 222.2m in length, 30m in breadth and 16.8 in depth and sails at 23 knots. The ship was delivered on June 20. She is the eighth among eighteen 2,824 TEU containerships for Germany’s E.R.Schiffahrt GmbH & Cie.KG.
