Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (HMD) had a christening ceremony for Hull Nos.0357, 0384 and 0385 for Saudi Arabia’s National Chemical Carriers (NCC) on June 7.

The ceremony was attended by HMD management and delegates from Saudi shipowners. The vessels were named NCC Abha, NCC Tabuk and NCC Qassim.

These vessels were fourth, fifth and sixth among ten 46,000 dwt class product/chemical carriers ordered by NCC.

On the same day, another christening ceremony was held for Hull Nos. 0439 and 0350 ordered by Interorient Navigation of Cyprus.

The vessels were named Baltic Force and Baltic Monarch.
