A field observation group of the National Innovation Award visited HMD on May 12. 60 Visitors from 22 outstanding Korean companies watched a film that explained the grounds for HMD’s reception of the Value Innovation Award in the 31st National Quality Management Convention. The visitors toured the shipyard after the film. Last December, HMD won the Value Innovation Award as company that produced remarkable results through effective promotion of value engineering activities, while increasing product value through improving functions and cutting costs.
