Hyundai-Vinashin Shipyard (HVS) has successfully completed elongating a tenth Pure Car and Truck Carrier (PCTC). Because of this achievement, HVS can properly boast of its place as the world’s best shipyard for repairs. HVS delivered Don Pasquale on March 23rd, which is the last PCTC of eight that were ordered by Wallenius of Sweden.

Since HVS delivered Mignon in March of 2005, the first of the 8 PCTCs for Wallenius, HVS has concluded elongation works for ten PCTCs, including two PCTCs for Eukor Car Carriers, Inc. So far, HVS has earned elongation contracts for fourteen PCTCs through their devotion to high quality, their strong efforts, and their attention to detail in each of their projects.
