Hyundai Mipo Dockyard's labor and management achieved its 20th consecutive year of labor-management wage negotiations without strikes by signing the wage and collective negotiation agreement on September 21.
The cooperative labor relations enabled the company to put its focus on overcoming the economic crisis.
At the negotiation, both parties came to a consensus on no wage increase and paying 100 percent plus 1.5 million Korean won of incentives
