The Jangsaengpo fabrication shop has significantly expanded its production facility, which may allow HMD to solve the site problems that followed the production increase. Earlier this year HMD started expansion work on the Jangsaengpo shop.

The company recently completed the construction of two shelter houses and secondary locations for pre-outfitting and pre-erection work. Fabrication will grow from 650 tons to an average of 900 tons/month, a 40% increase. Pre-outfitting and pre-erection work will improve by 66% from 60 blocks to 100 blocks. The Jangsaengpo fabrication shop has already resumed regular production.
