HMD held a naming ceremony for a 46,000-dwt class product/chemical tanker (Hull No.2014) on May 2.

This vessel is the first of four ships ordered by Gulf Navigation Holdings in 2005.

The president of Gulf Navigation, the CEO of HMD, and many guests participated in the naming ceremony.

The tanker was named Gulf Fanatir. She was delivered to the owner after the ceremony and sailed out towards Saudi Arabia for its first cargo.
