HMD participated in Posidonia, an international shipping exhibition in Athens, Greece, from June 2^nd-6^th. HMD arranged its exhibition booth in the Korean Pavilion, along with seven other major shipyards: Hyundai Heavy Industries, Samsung Heavy Industries, Daewoo Shipbuilding, Hyundai Samho, Hanjin, STX, and SLS.

HMD prepared several PR brochures and a model of a 46,000-dwt Product/Chemical Tanker. During the exhibition HMD’s model ship received a favorable reception by many visitors, including shipowners and brokers. HMD used the exhibition to demonstrate its high quality and technical expertise as a world-class shipbuilder.
