The construction of a new dormitory, which commenced construction in August of last year, is almost completed. Over 70% of the construction process is finished, with only the inner fitting works to be completed.

The new dormitory, which is expected to open in October, will be seven stories high with two additional basement levels.

The dormitory will also include several amenities, including laundry facilities and sports facilities, which will help the resident enjoy a more comfortable life.
