A naming ceremony was held for Hull No. 2012, a 47,000-dwt Product/Chemical Tanker for Cido Shipping, on September 12^th.

Many guests, including a delegation from the owner, attended the ceremony to celebrate the ship’s completion and to wish it good fortune in its future.

The ship was named Atlantic Rose by the sponsor of the vessel, S.Y.Lee, a student at Munsu High School. She is the 16^th sponsor from the local girls’ high school. After the ceremony Atlantic Rose departed for China on her first voyage.
