Song Jae Byung, the President and CEO of HMD, made a four-day visit to Hyundai-Vinashin Shipyard [HVS] on January 23^rd for New Year’s holidays. The president was briefed on HVS’s management situation such as sales and production status. Afterwards he toured the production facilities and dry-docks.

He gave encouragement to HMD workers at HVS, and stressed the importance of improving quality and safety so that the new ship building business in HVS can quickly take root.
