Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard’s First Launch

Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard successfully carried out the launching of the 1^st new vessel at HVS, Hull No. S001, on March 31^st. The vessel is the 1^st out of 14 vessels for E.R.SCHIFFAHRT and is 187.8m long, 32.2m wide and 18.3m deep. The 2^nd vessel’s keel laying followed on April 15^th. Meanwhile, HVS has recently commenced the installation work for a 450-ton goliath crane and is gearing up for the new shipbuilding process.
