Naming and Deliveries of Two 47,000-dwt Product Carriers

 

Naming ceremonies for two 47,000-dwt PCs were held on May 14th for Hull No. 2082 and Hull No. 2040. Hull No. 2082 was named PACIFIC DUCHESS for ORIX and Hull No. 2040 was named GULF RASTAQ for GEM.

 

They measure 183m in lenth, 32.2m in width and 18.8 in depth and have a service speed of 15 knots. These vessels were delivered to their respective owners after the ceremony and sailed out for their first cargo.
