Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard was awarded an appreciation plaque from Khanh Hoa Province National People’s Congress for its contribution to the local community at a meeting for foreign investment on January 20.

HVS delivered 15 ships last year, earning USD 19 million and creating 3,000 jobs. HVS also donates to local charities every year in Khanh Hoa Province.

HVS gave 1,000 gift sets to Ninpu village on January 22 to celebrate Lunar New Year and donated money to fix a worker’s house.
