HMD held the 2016 Management Conference at the Bangeojin Gymnasium on January 19-21.

Mr. Kang Hwan-goo, president and CEO of HMD, led the presentations. 700 participants including HMD executives, managers, and subcontractors attended the three-day meeting.

The highlight of the conference was the presentations by Mr. Kang, who spoke about the global economic outlook, shipbuilding market condition, management plan and suggested projects for achieving this year’s business target. Other presentations were given by managers of each business sector followed by a discussion session on the countermeasures to overcome the difficulties in each sector.
