HMD production department conducted HM-POPS training to 2,500 workers from planning, drawing, production & safety departments from March 4 - 31 at Hanwoori Culture Center.

HM-POPS is the abbreviation of Hyundai Mipo Principle of Production

System and it contains the Toyota Production System (TPS). TPS is applied to the company's production system in the aim of reducing wastes in the production process such as space, time, transportation, faults and surplus stock.
