A grand naming ceremony for Hull No. 9914, a 20,000 DWT Totally Enclosed Combined Forestry and Liquid Pitch Carrier ordered by Gearbulk Shipowning Ltd., Bermuda, was held on October 1, 2000. The naming ceremony took place in No.1 berth and was attended by Mr. K. G. Jebsen, chairman of Gearbulk Shipowning Ltd, and his wife, as well as Mr. J. I. Lee, president of HMD, the Norwegian Ambassador to Korea and the representative of class (LR). Many other distinguished guests and HMD staff also attended. The ceremony named Hull No. 9914 as 'JAEGER ARROW'. The ship is a new design with five dry cargo holds and two liquid pitch tanks. The ship is covered by a roof instead of hatch covers (hence Totally Enclosed Type) and two overhead cranes were installed underneath the roof. This is the first vessel in the world able to carry roll paper and liquid pitch simultaneously, and demonstrates HMD's quality and capability in specialized vessels
