HVS held a ceremony for building a preprocessing plant on September 1.

The ceremony was at tended by Mr. Han Young-sam, overseas president, and 20 other guests.

The pre-processing plant is equipped with facilities to prevent rust on steel plates by removing foreign materials from the surface and spraying paint for protection.

The plant has the capacity to process 140,000 tons of steel autonomously and save 10 billion Korean won per year..
