Ulsan Creative Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (UCCEI) jointly opened in July 2015 by Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) and Ulsan Metropolitan City.

The center was established to provide technical support for shipbuilding, offshore and plant industries, and improve automated medical service.

Ten HMD executives including Mr. Kang Hwan-goo, president & CEO of HMD visited UCCEI on September 14.

The group toured the center which featured a series of equipment demonstrations, business plans, and a chance to liaise with workers to seek out new technologies.
